📘 Techy Kids Room – Saturday Coding & Gaming Camp Policy Camp Dates & Times: Saturdays – June 14, 21, 28, and July 5 Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: Study Page Learning Center, Encino, CA ✅ Attendance & Drop-Off Campers must be checked in between 9:45–10:00 AM. Please pick up your child no later than 2:05 PM. Let us know in advance if your child will be late or absent. ✅ What to Bring A nut-free lunch and water bottle. Devices are provided unless otherwise noted. Campers are welcome to bring their own laptops/headsets if preferred. Comfortable clothes and a curious, creative attitude! ✅ Behavior & Expectations This is a safe, inclusive tech clubhouse—respect for peers, instructors, and equipment is expected at all times. We encourage positive social interaction and collaboration. Bullying or inappropriate behavior will result in dismissal from the program. ✅ Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 or more days before camp start will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of camp may be eligible for partial credit toward future programs. No-shows or day-of cancellations are non-refundable. ✅ Health & Safety Please do not send your child if they are sick or showing symptoms. Basic first aid will be available. Parents will be contacted for anything beyond minor incidents. Staff are background-checked and trained in child safety. ✅ Tech & Gameplay Campers will code games inspired by Minecraft, Mario Kart, and more. On the final day, students will present their games and enjoy a group gameplay experience. Games are age-appropriate, collaborative, and reinforce skills learned during camp.
