Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full Refund: Parents may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Late Cancellation: If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the booked time, the full price of the session will be charged or one session from a package plan will be redeemed. Courteous Request: If you miss the 24-hour timeframe to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you still give us a call, send an email, or message us through your online profile to inform us of the situation. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling Deadline: Parents may reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Late Rescheduling: If a session is rescheduled within 12 hours of the booked time, the full price of the session will be charged or one session from a package plan will be redeemed. Techy Kids Room Trust Policy: At Techy Kids Room, we value your time and trust. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the booked time, we understand the inconvenience it may cause. To make it right, we will ensure that you receive a free 30-minute add-on to any paid booking of your choice in the future. This policy is designed to be fair and reassuring, providing peace of mind to parents while maintaining a firm structure.
